Seattle is a seaport city. The waterfront has become the attraction of Seattle. You can have the fresh seafood, souvenir and curio shops, ferry rides, aquarium ... it's enjoyable if you just simply walk along the piers and enjoy the view, it is so beautiful.
The Seattle Great Wheel is at Pier 57, right at the end of the pier, over Elliott Bay. It is one of the biggest Ferris wheels in United States and also the largest observation wheel on the west coast.
Waterfront is my favourite place in Seattle. I walked by here every morning with a cup of hot coffee, it was relaxing and peace, a wonderful beginning of a day!
P/S: the coffee in Seattle is the best!
