The spirit of Mexico- Frontera Sol of Mexico

Thanks for the invitation from FOODIRECTOR and Frontera Sol of Mexico

Frontera Sol of Mexico Here served authentic Mexican & Tex-Mex food. The location is very convenience which at Plam Square, Jaya One in Petaling Jaya, easy to find and lots of car park available here, public transport can reach with a very short walking distance.

  Watermelon Agua Fresca

This is served on Tortilla, Sombrero. The tomato is fresh, taste good :)

Top-Shelf Guacamole

Jalapeno Crab Cakes- I like this the most! The taste of the crab meat is not very strong, the outer layer is crispy, it tasted good with the sauce :)
Jalapeno Crab Cakes

The salad was different, mix of few kind of fruits with light taste and taste very fresh.
Jicama Salad

This main course was served with rice. The main role of this dish is the wrap chicken. The chicken itself is juicy and soft. A layer of cheese on top, make it more delicious! It looks 'spicy' with the colour of the rice but the rice actually taste light, not spicy.  Overall, it tasted not bad also, especially the wrap chicken with the sauce.

Chicken Enchiladas

The deep fried fish was crispy,  vege and tomato and wrap it together. The combination of the ingredients make this dish taste special!
Baja-Style Fish Tacos

The dessert wass nice but after few bites, the after taste is sweet... too sweet for me. The chocolate cake is soft and a bit sticky.
Impossible  Chocolate Flan

All the food served were unique and bring you the original taste of old Mexico. This was my first time to try out Mexica food, it's different with other cuisine, kinda special and new to me, especially all the sauces, different sauces are served for different food. Mexico food is pricey but it's worth as all the ingredients are very fresh :)
